Good Girls Talk About Sex 

As a Sex and Intimacy Coach and host of the "Good Girls Talk About Sex" podcast, I have the pleasure of talking with women about their sex lives Every.Single.Day! 

I LOOOOOVE these conversations - honestly, I can't imagine anything more fun!  And when my friends and I get together, we ALWAYS end up talking about our sex lives.  And nothing is out of bounds...

Patty's explorations with a new partner? Yep.
Carla's latest kink craze? Absolutely.
Melissa's challenge with orgasming since going on an anti-depressant? Definitely.
And OF COURSE - sex toys!

That's a regular Thursday evening for me, but I know that's not true for a lot of people. It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to talk about sex -- even with your closest girlfriends.

I'm here to help you create a safe and warm space where you can all let down your guard and talk about what's really going on (or not going on!) in your bedroom.

You'll be amazed at what comes out of letting yourself be real and raw in this type of group. I see it over and over again - when one person gets vulnerable, other people say, "I thought I was the only one who felt that way!"  It can be life-changing to realize that you're not alone.

Remember how fun it was to have teenage sleepovers where you'd do each other’s nails, braid each other’s hair, and gossip about kissing and relationships?!? These Adult PJ Parties are as close as we can get to that experience during the time of social distancing.

This is a space where you get to have that same fun again - a whole luxurious evening of girl talk.  I'll lead you in a no-holds-barred evening of girlfriends talking about sex, relationships, toys, kink, orgasms … nothing is too taboo! Anything you can think of, we can talk about it!

Even better, after months apart, it will give you a night of connection and intimacy with your favorite people (or a group of people you'll never see again, if you'd prefer!)

Of course not!  Just like in sex, you get to set the boundaries that you’re comfortable with for the evening.  Listen as much as you like and participate as you are comfortable.

I hope that this PJ PARTY will be fun for all involved, but if something happens during the evening that causes upset for you, we’ll make space for you to be where you are.

(Psst - Here’s the thing about our secrets: we’re terrified to share them because we might be judged. But the opposite happens - you share your secrets, and you find a deeper sense of closeness and connection with the people you love. No recordings of our gathering are allowed and everything said within the group is private. I occasionally use concepts that were brought up in a group as a teaching tool for future podcasts, videos, writing, etc., but it always remains completely anonymous.

Not currently having sex?  Totally okay!  You don’t have to have a partner to enjoy the gossip!

Never had sex?  That’s fine too!  You don’t have to be sexually active to have a relationship with your sexuality.
